Every child deserves access to quality education that prepares them for the future. We work to remove barriers to learning and create environments where children can thrive.
In rural Guatemala, our comprehensive education program transformed the village of San Miguel. We built a new school, trained 12 teachers, and provided scholarships for 45 girls. Today, 98% of children complete primary school, compared to 34% before our intervention. The community now has its first high school graduate heading to university.
Our annual Christmas Shoebox Campaign brings joy, hope, and essential items to children in need around the world. Each shoebox represents love and reminds children they are valued.
Ten-year-old Maria in rural Honduras received her first Christmas shoebox containing school supplies, a small doll, and a handwritten letter. The supplies enabled her to continue her education when her family couldn't afford them. Today, three years later, Maria is top of her class and dreams of becoming a teacher. Her family still treasures the letter from her shoebox donor family.
